Trevor is a life-long entrepreneur who has led businesses large and small through all phases of growth and development. His experience spans the sectors of real estate development, health care, technology, and international investment. As a collaborator and strategist, he maintains a keen eye towards profitability while also balancing the needs of employees, clients, and investors.
Trevor is a former elected official, having served as Mayor of one of California’s largest cities. In that role, he represented the interests of nearly 400,000 people, overseeing an annual budget of over $1 Billion. As an elected leader, Trevor was an advocate for business who advanced policies that promoted economic development and job creation, while also ensuring that communities were supported with strong public safety protection and neighborhood improvements. Trevor worked extensively on land use issues, including the city’s housing element update and the negotiation and approval of many commercial and residential development projects, and was a regional leader in the nation’s largest metropolitan planning organization.
Trevor knows and understands the entitlement and development agreement processes from the perspective of city staff and an elected official, which gives him a unique viewpoint and experience that few other real estate development executives possess.

Her proficiency in devising strategic public relations and marketing plans for both the Chinese and US markets has been pivotal in seamlessly integrating corporate resources, elevating brand identity, and fostering engagements between the Chinese and American government and business sectors.

Ross McCune

Mr. McCune has over 30 years of experience as a General Contractor in theSouthern California construction market, specializing in design-build, design-assisttenant improvements, structural rehabs, concrete tilt-ups, and LEED construction.His approach to construction emphasizes listening to the clients’ needs anddelivering results that meet current needs while providing flexibility for the client’slong-term goals. Each development plan incorporates current building codes andinnovative options. Johnny brings over 17 years of expertise in both residential and commercial real estate brokerage industry, with pivotal roles at CBRE, Kidder Matthews, and Marcus Millichap. He’s specializing in the identification and brokerage of multifamily, commercial, and development investments for clients in Southern California.
Johnny obtained a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a focus in Finance & Management from Harvard University’s Extension School. Johnny’s education enriches his strategic acumen, offering a nuanced understanding of business dynamics. David French
Design & Construction Manager
Mr. French has over 30+ years of experience in Construction and Development inclusive of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and international resort development with a primary focus on urban infill residential and mixed-use product. In his current role, Mr. French is directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of entitlements, development, construction, escrow /sales and warranty. He has successfully led his previous company in the completion of 17 developments with 300 residential homes with a gross revenue totaling over $1 60M. Mr. French is an Architectural graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a licensed Architect and General Contractor.
Previously, Mr. French served as the President of JSM Construction, Inc., a multi-family developer /builder focusing on urban infill for sale and for rent, high density, mixed-use developments. In this role, Mr. French oversaw a team of 35 employees in the development of midrise, market rate apartment projects located in Los Angeles and ranging between 50 to 300 units each.
Ryan Cargile
Business manager
Mr. Cargile has 5 years of commercial real estate investment and development experience. Mr. Cargile assists with underwriting and project management of new development opportunities. Prior, Mr. Cargile was a senior associate at Pacific Premier Bank where he assisted in originating and closing approximately $500MM in construction and bridge debt. Prior, he worked at Ready Capital focused on originating and structuring bridge, CMBS, and Freddie Mac debt across the western United States. Mr. Cargile earned his B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southern California.
Pearl Duong
Financial Manager
Mrs. Pearl Duong has over 20 years of strategic finance and accounting experience, of which 1 5 years were specialized in the real estate development and investments industry. She has extensive experience in strategic business planning and analysis, debt/equity fund raise and structuring, financial reporting, growth initiatives, and creating financial reporting infrastructures. In her current role as Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Duong heads the company’s finance, investments, and accounting functions. She oversees the company’s accounting, tax, audit, reporting, and financial planning/ analysis functions. In addition, she manages investor and banking relations. Mrs. Duong holds a Master’s degree in Business and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance.
